Hangover Prevention

We all know that prevention is better than cure for any reason it can be. We all are aware with what happens when you drink and having fun all night and ending up in a handovers next morning. I would like to share some ways we can prevent hangovers.

Before drinking: Don't drink on an empty stomach. Eat food which has got high contents of fat. Example food with cheese, butter or curd which can act as a inner lining and helps absorb alcohol.

Hanover prevention During a drink: The best thing is to pace yourself and drink slowly. Carbonated mixed drinks can leave you feeling awful in the morning and keg beer is well known to cause headaches. Wine is no exception.
Whiskey can not only cause adverse changes in your personality, it's payback time in the morning. Many people find that Vodka is often the choice that is less likely to initiate a hangover. If you chose to have a high alcohol content drink it is good to have a glass of water in between your drinks and keep your body hydrated.

After the drink: Have a glass of juice before sleep. Since dehydration is one of the main reasons for hangovers. If you wake up in between keep drinking liquids to keep your body hydrated.

Hangover cure: When you wake up, let's hope you're in the place you intended to be. You may not be moving as quickly as you'd like and you'll become aware soon enough of any aches and pains. While you're waiting it out, praying just to feel like your usual self, there's some simple home remedies to cure hangovers.

Very officially, that means medically, there is no real cure for hangovers, not like in the way natural antibiotics can cure an infection. The only thing we can do is to try to temper the nasty side effects or symptoms of our body dealing with the excessive alcohol

The only real hangover cure is time, time for our body to break down the alcohol. All that rests us is to spend that time softening the blow to our body and speeding up the process of building our system back to war strength, giving it back what we took from it last night
