Apple iPAD 2
Faster, thinner and lighter is an accurate account of what’s been going on in the year that divides the two editions of Apple’s tablet. In the arena of tablet computers, the Apple iPad has to be considered the champion. The existing generation (the iPad 2) made a number of gains over the original iPad, particularly adding two cameras and a better processor to give a faster experience. Additionally, it’s slimmer and slicker than ever. Apple is taking it easy with the upgrades as usual – everything is carefully planned to ensure smooth traffic of new and repeat customers. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
Tablets are basking in well-deserved attention and manufacturers know they need to try hard and make their devices distinct and memorable. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 looks eerily, insolently similar to an iPad 2 – and it probably doesn’t help that its various capacities and 3G configurations are priced to precisely match Apple’s corresponding models. After being officially unveiled back at CTIA 2011, consumers in the US are now able to scoop up the Samsung’s redesigned tablet – thus being crowned as the thinnest and lightest tablet on the market.
